- Are venues obligated to offer tickets to participate in Stage Pass?
- No. You can still sign up even if you don't intend to offer tickets. The essence is to give your employees the opportunity to get free tickets to events at other venues.
- How do I use the ticket?
- The ticket is retrieved in the app and will be located under the tab 'My Tickets.' You can retrieve a maximum of two tickets per event, allowing you to bring one friend, partner, or other guest who may not necessarily be registered with Stage Pass. Remember to bring a photo ID.
- Is Stage Pass compatible with other ticketing systems?
- No. The ticketing system does not update your ticket provider's sales figures. Therefore, it's a good idea to manually remove the tickets offered on Stage Pass to avoid overbooking
- How do I create a venue and add employees?
- The venue is created in the app or the browser version. Once your venue is approved, you can create events and add employees.
